Using the advanced search form, you can search on any attribute of the current business object. When searching on multiple fields, the terms are chained in a logical AND together, thus bringing back a more specific set of search results.
After running an advanced search (or in fact any type of search), a ‘save search as report’ form appears alongside the ‘run report’ form. Upon entering a report name and clicking ‘save as report’, a shortcut for the advanced search will be added to the ‘run a saved report’ drop down. You (and your colleagues) can then run this report to pull back the same set of search results as your original advanced search.
